昆明学院届毕业论文（设计)论文（设计）题目浅析现代物流配送形式的优缺点姓名学号所属院系专业年级指导教师年月浅析现代物流配送形式的优缺点摘要自从进入21世纪第一个20年以来，随着当前我国社会主义经济体制改革的不断推进和深入，传统物流配送方式已经无法适应当前市场上的多品种、小批量、全球化需求。很多传统的经贸企业和新型电子商务的互联网平台正在努力建设或者是升级其原有的配送中心，目标之一就是在进一步减少成本同时，全方位地提高其服务质量与顾客满意程度。国内物流专家学者对现代物流配送的繁荣发展非常感兴趣并进行大量研究。只有找到适合市场环境、国情和物流业自身发展规律的物流配送模式，才能促进物流行业的改革和发展，这需要不断的探寻、试验和归纳。因此，本文深入调研我国现代物流配送模式，挖掘不同现代物流配送形式的特点，以国内外标杆企业的物流配送模式作为研究对象，探寻了物流配送模式在企业应用过程中的实践性问题，进而根据实际存在问题，提出了有效地结合自营物流和第三方物流、提高企业物流作业专门性程度、运用现代科学技术来实现与物流信息化、完善与物流配送相关的政策和法律法规优化的企业物流配送模式的政策和战略。关键词：现代物流；物流配送；配送模式浅析现代物流配送形式的优缺点AbstractSince the first 20 years of the 21st century,with the continuous promotion anddeepening of China's socialist economic system reform,the traditional logisticsdistribution mode has been unable to adapt to the current market multi-varieties,smallbatch,global needs.Many traditional economic and trade enterprises and newe-commerce Internet platforms are working hard to build or upgrade their originaldistribution centers.One of the goals is to comprehensively improve their servicequality and customer satisfaction while further reducing costs.Domestic logisticsexperts and scholars are very interested in the prosperity and development of modernlogistics distribution and carry out a lot of research.Only by finding the logisticsdistribution mode suitable for the market environment,national conditions and thedevelopment law of the logistics industry itself,can we promote the reform anddevelopment of the logistics industry,which requires continuous exploration,experiment and induction.Therefore,this paper investigates the modern logisticsdistribution mode,mining the characteristics of different modern logistics distributionform,with domestic and foreign benchmarking enterprises as the research object,explore the practical problems in the application of logistics distribution mode,andaccording to the actual problems,effectively combining the proprietary logistics andthird party logistics,improve the degree of logistics specialization,using modernscience and technology to realize logistics informatization and improve the logisticsdistribution policies and regulations.Key words:modern logistics;logistics and distribution;distribution mode
