本科论文摘要对于化工企业来说,重大危险源辨识与分级研究是极其重要的。化工厂中储存着大量的危险化学品,一旦储存量超过了临界量都会成为危险源,如果危险源没有得到很好的控制很可能就会引发重大事故。全世界每年都会发生很多骇人听闻的由危险化学品引发的大事故,这些事故惨烈的后果都十分令人心痛。所以为了这一切都不发生,为了企业都能安全有序的生产,工厂企业都能够平稳运行。就一定要做好重大危险源辨识与分级研究。所以我在本论文中围绕重大危险源的辨识与危险源的分级为中心对某化工厂危险化学品进行研究。论文的开始先是介绍了国内与国外对于重大危险源辨识与分级研究的发展现状。不管是国内还是国外都对于危险源辨识与分级研究都非常重视,并且也颁布一系列的法规与规范不断的完善重大危险源辨识与危险源的分级这一研究课题。论文中介绍了重大危险源辨识与分级研究的大量理论知识,和安全评价的相关理论知识。之后论文的内容以某化工厂为例,结合对化工厂的调研,对化工厂中的危险化学品进行重大危险源辨识与分级研究。随后论文又对系统进行了危险因素识别进一步进行了安全评价,本文使用了两种评价方法,预先危险性分析法与事故树法。根据预先危险性分析法与事故树法的评价结果进行分析,分析出系统中的安全隐患,容易造成事故的危险因素,根据危险因素的轻重缓急再提出主次分明的,有预见性合理的安全对策来提高系统的安全性。关键词:重大危险源辨识:重大危险源分级:安全风险评价本科论文AbstractFor chemical enterprises,the identification and classification of major hazard sources isextremely important.Chemical plants store a large number of hazardous chemicals,once theamount of storage beyond the critical amount will become a hazard source,if the hazardsource is not well controlled will likely lead to major accidents.Every year,there are manyhorrendous accidents around the world caused by dangerous chemicals,the tragicconsequences of which are heart-wrenching.So in order not to happen all this,in order toenterprises can be safe and orderly production,factories and enterprises can run smoothly.We must do a good job in the identification and classification of major hazard sources.So I'mwriting this paper The hazardous chemicals in a chemical plant are studied in the center ofidentification of major hazard sources and classification of hazard sources.At the beginning of the thesis,the development status of identification and classificationof major hazard sources at home and abroad is introduced.Both domestic and foreigncountries attach great importance to hazard source identification and classification research,and also issued a series of laws and regulations to improve the major hazard sourceidentification and classification of the research topic.In this paper,we introduce a lot of theoretical knowledge about the identification andclassification of major hazard sources,and the relevant theoretical knowledge of safetyevaluation.Then the paper takes a chemical plant as an example,combined with the investigation ofthe chemical plant,the chemical plant production workshop,storage area,hazardouschemicals warehouse in the identification and classification of major hazardous sources.Then the paper takes a chemical plant as an example,combined with the investigation ofthe chemical plant,the major hazard identification and classification of chemical plant.Then,the paper carries on the safety evaluation to the system identification further,this paper usestwo evaluation methods,the pre-risk analysis method and the accident tree method.According to the pre-risk analysis method and the evaluation results of the accident treemethod,the safety hidden danger in the system is analyzed,and the risk factors are easy tocause the accident.本科论文Key words:Identification of major hazard sources;classification of major hazard sources;safety risk assessmen
