本征阻燃环氧树脂的性能研究摘要本文以D0P0和含磷胺类固化剂为前躯物,通过高温烘箱制备了含有阻燃剂和固化剂的环氧树脂复合材料。以环氧树脂(EP828)为例,将BPOA/EDE作为固化剂,研究了含磷胺类固化剂对EP828固化、热学、和阻燃性能的影响。根据含磷环氧树脂中环氧化合物的环氧基总当量和胺类固化剂的胺当量比,制备了两种含磷环氧阻燃固化物。当加入BPOA时,固化体系的反应速率常数增加,活化能降低。与EDE/DOPOER固化体系相比,BPOA/DOPOER固化体系的活化能较小,说明BPOA更能促进环氧固化反应。本论文制备的环氧复合材料有优异的阻燃性能,D0P0-ER的L0I达28%,BP0A-D0P0-ER的L0I达28.5%,EDE-DOP0-ER的L0I达30.5%,而ER固化物的L0I达21.9%。与ER和D0P0-ER的残碳对比发现BPOA和EDE的燃烧后残碳会形成致密的一层膜,隔绝空气从而起到阻燃性能。关键词:DOP0含磷胺类固化剂阻燃性能环氧固化物AbstractIn this paper,epoxy resin composites containing flame retardants and curing agents wereprepared by high-temperature constant-temperature oven reaction using DOPO andamine-containing curing agents as precursors.Taking epoxy resin (EP828)as an example,using BPOA/ethyl-ethylenediamine as a curing agent,the effect of a phosphorus-containingamine curing agent on the curing,thermal and flame retardancy properties of EP828 wasstudied.Based on the analysis of the thermal degradation behavior.Characterization of relatedproducts was performed using infrared analytical method.,confirmed the structure.Twophosphorus-containing epoxy flame-retardant epoxy cured products were prepared accordingto the epoxy equivalent weight of the total equivalent epoxy resin EP828 in epoxy resin(DOPOER).When BPOA is added,the reaction rate constant of the curing system increases andthe activation energy decreases.Compared with the EDE/DOPOER curing system,theactivation energy of the BPOA/DOPOER curing system is smaller,indicating that BPOA cansignificantly promote the epoxy curing reaction.The epoxy resin composites prepared in thispaper have excellent flame-retardant properties,the LOI of DOPO-ER is 28%,the LOI ofBPOA-DOPO-ER is 28.5%,and that of EDE-DOPO-ER.LOI reached 30.5%,while LOI ofER cured products was 21.9%.Compared with ER and DOPO-ER,the amine groups of BPOAand EDE have been found to help improve the flame-retardant properties of epoxy curedproducts.In the process of burning,air-shielded air is produced to provide flame-retardantproperties.Keywords DOPO Phosphorus-containing amine curing agent flame retardantperformance cured epoxy resin
