笔盒注塑模具设计1摘要本次毕业设计课题来源于我们常用的文具一一笔盒，本文详细记录笔盒注塑模具的设计过程。设计过程包括塑件材料特性分析、注塑机型号、产品分型面的选择、塑件结构的分析，注塑模具系统设计包括浇注系统及选择、注塑模具成型零件分型面的选择、模体、注塑模具倒扣的侧抽芯机构设计、注塑模具顶杆脱模机构设计、注塑模具温度调节系统等。综合笔盒塑件的结构特点，该模具设计采用了侧浇口、顶针脱模的形式。在粗步设计完注塑模具之后还要对注塑机各项参数进行校核。在这次设计过程中，运用了很多大学学习到的专业知识，从理论到设计，用设计检验理论，从而更好的运用理论，加深我对注射模具设计原理的理解，设计中除了用理论的传统计算方法，我还多次使用AuToCAD、UG等软件，精简了设计过程，提高了设计精度和效率。关键词：注塑笔盒；浇口：注塑机：脱模AbstractThe graduation design topic comes from our common stationery pen boxes,pen boxinjection mold design process in detail in this paper.Design process including plasticmaterial characteristic,choice of injection molding machine,the parting surface ofproduct model,the analysis of the plastic parts structure and injection molding systemdesign including the gating system and selection,the parting surface selection of plasticinjection molding parts,mold,injection mold,east side core-pulling mechanism design,injection mold ejector demoulding mechanism design,injection mold temperaturecontrol system,etc.Integrated box,plastic pieces of the structure characteristics of themould design adopted the form of the side gate,thimble stripper.Step in coarse afterdesign the injection mold and to the injection pressure,injection machine biggestmould stroke as well as the content,check is the guarantee for the purpose of theinjection machine and mold to cooperate with each other,and mass production.In thedesign process,use a lot of university to learn the professional knowledge,from theoryto design,with the theory of design,inspection,so as to better apply theory,deepenedmy understanding of the principle of the injection mold design,using the theory ofdesign,in addition to traditional calculation method,many times I still use AuToCAD,UGsoftware,simplify the design process,improve the design precision and efficiency.Keywords:Plastic box;Gate;Injection molding machine;Mold release
