Hebei University of Environmental Engineering学士学位论文某中药企业制药废水处理工艺设计姓名王德龙学号20190313118院系环境工程系专业环保设备工程指导教师马婧年月日河北环境工程学院学士学位论文摘要中药制药废水主要成分有:多糖类、木质素类、鞣质类、生物碱、色素、有机物、少量无机物,特点是较难降解的高浓度有机污水,具有可生化性,并且其具有色素含量大、C0D浓度高、水质水量以及有机污染物种类变化大等特点,正是由于中药废水含有的物质复杂并且变化量大等多种原因,让中药废水较普通污水更难净化处理。若不经处理排入水体,造成水体缺氧,富营养化,恶化水质,对环境造成严重污染。本设计拟采用“USB+生物接触氧化法”处理中药企业制药废水,设计处理能力为4000m3/d,入水C0D为2000mg/L,B0D为900mg/L,SS为800mg/L,氨氮为20mg/L,总氮为45mg/L,总磷为300mg/L,本此工艺设计要使其处理后出水水质达到(GB21906-2008)《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》要求,从而有效缓解当地水资源污染问题,实现对水资源的有效利用。关键词:UASB:生物接触氧化法;中药废水;有机污水河北环境工程学院学士学位论文ABSTRACTThe main components of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater are:polysaccharides,lignin,tannins,alkaloids,pigments,organics,and a small amount of inorganicsubstances.The characteristic of high concentration organic wastewater is that it is difficult todegrade,has biodegradability,and has characteristics such as high pigment content,high CODconcentration,large changes in water quality,quantity,and types of organic pollutants.It isprecisely due to various reasons such as the complex and large changes in the substancescontained in traditional Chinese medicine wastewater that it is more difficult to purify and treatcompared to ordinary sewage.If it is discharged into the water body without treatment,it willcause water anoxia,eutrophication,and deterioration of water quality,It causes serious pollutionto the environment.In this design,"UASB+biological contact oxidation method"is proposed totreat pharmaceutical wastewater from traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,so that thequality of the treated effluent can meet the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants forPharmaceutical Industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine (GB21906-2008),so as to effectivelyalleviate the local water pollution problem and realize the effective use of water resources.Keywords UASB;Biological contact oxidation method;Traditional Chinese medicinewastewater:Organic wastewater
