by Louisa May Alcott.The story was an excerpt from a short story in the AGarland for Girls,which was written for her own amusement during a period of enforced seclusion.Asthe flower gives the author inspiration and comfort,she uses the name of the flower to set thetitle for each short story,and each kind of flower has its own unique meaning.It is aninspirational short story with vivid images and the succinct clear language.The excerpt of thisshort story is mainly about a group of lovely girls who try their best to help others,and finallyshare their own gains and reap the joy of success in an appropriate way.In this report,A Garland for Girls is translated from the perspective of translator'ssubjectivity.The author also discusses the difficulties in the process of the translation,and thenmakes some solutions and summarize the strategies of translation.As for construction of the paper,it is divided into four parts:source language text with 3600 words,target language text with languages.Also,you can see many novels inall languages are translated in Chinese.A Garland for Girls is one of Louisa May Alcott's novels.Louisa May Alcott is an Americanwriter and professor.Her masterpiece Little Women is a classic of American literature.After itspublication,Little Women has been a great success and has become a recognized American masterpiece.In the novel of A Garland for Girls,flowers are the main element of the novel.This article shouldbe used as a translation practice report,due to the following reasons.Firstly,the translation ofthis story is difficult in
