本科论文摘要企业员工绩效管理与绩效改进一一以中国平安人寿保险股份有限公司企业员工绩效管理为例中国经济的飞快发展,市场经济体制的日趋成熟,企业之间的竞争日益激烈,政府机关的改变带来了管理的新环境。尤其是最近这些年,中国经济的发展趋势呈现出新的发展变化的上升趋势,在给企业巨大发展机会的同时,也给各家企业实现发展转型、业绩提高等带来了特别多的挑战。在影响和抑制企业发展的各种因素中,人力资源已经成为了其中最要最重要的一个影响因素之一。因为它不仅仅关系到整个企业在人员调配、物资购买、财产分配等等,更甚者在未来市场的影响上还有发展上都是一个重要的制约因素。怎样才能更加的激发出员工的对工作的热情,提高员工的工作效率,就是实现有效的绩效管理和改进成为了企业要学习和改变的东西。公司的绩效管理在提高职员绩效方面也起着很重要的作用,所以企业方面把绩效管理看的很重。在经过很多年的调查研究中,国内外对绩效管理理论和实践都有了很大的进步,但是国内很多的企业在绩效管理这个方面,特别是在绩效改进这个方面还是特别的落后。公司虽然正在了解绩效管理方面对自己的重要影响,但是还没有特别重视起来。所以通过这个现象,本文通过研究企业的各位员工绩效管理的问题还有进步的意见,分析出其间已经发现的问题和解决办法,目的在通过片面要看整体,能够真正解决国内的企业对企业中绩效管理的各种不足,提升和发展绩效管理的理论,还要为当前企业员工的绩效管理提出可行的意见和建议。本篇文章望通过六个部分来表达文章所要表达的主要观点:第一部分为绪论,主要表达了对企业的研究背景及目的,包括了国内外的专家们对人力资源管理中绩效管理的见解和结论。第二部分为与绩效管理相关的概念含义、特点及相关的理论。第三部分为我实习公司的简介和现状,结合实际来对现状进行改造和发现。第四部分主要还是针对中国平安中绩效管理中出现的问题提出一些建议和改造的方案。第五部分主要是对所实习公司关于绩效管理方面的一些对策与建议。第六部分为本篇文章的结论部分,对本文进行了一个总结。关键词:绩效:绩效管理:员工绩效:绩效改进本科论文AbstractEnterprise employee performance management and performance improvement--a case studyof enterprise employee performance management of China ping an life insurance co.,LTDWith the rapid development of China's economy,the market economy system isbecoming more and more mature,the competition among enterprises is becomingincreasingly fierce,and the change of government organs brings a new environment formanagement.Especially in recent years,the development trend of China's economy hasshown an upward trend of new development and changes,which not only provides greatopportunities for the development of enterprises,but also brings a lot of challenges to therealization of development transformation and performance improvement.Among the factorsthat affect and inhibit the development of enterprises,human resources has become one of themost important factors.Because it is not only related to the entire enterprise in personnelallocation,material purchase,property distribution,and so on,what is more in the futuremarket impact and development is an important constraint.How to stimulate employees'enthusiasm for work and improve their work efficiency is to realize effective performancemanagement and improvement.The performance management of the company also plays avery important role in improving the performance of the staff,so the enterprise attaches greatimportance to the performance management.After many years of investigation and research,the theory and practice of performance management at home and abroad have made greatprogress,but many domestic enterprises in the performance management,especially in theperformance improvement of this aspect is still particularly backward.While companies arelearning about the importance of performance management to them,they are not paying muchattention to it.So by this phenomenon,this paper studies enterprise of employee performancemanagement problems and progress,analyze the meantime have discovered the problems andsolutions,aims at through unilateral depends on the whole,can truly solve the domesticenterprise to enterprise performance management of the various deficiencies,promote anddevelop the theory of performance management,but also for the current enterprise employeeperformance management put forward the feasible opinion and the suggestion.The first part isthe introduction,which mainly expresses the research background and purpose of enterprises,本科论文including the opinions and conclusions of experts at home and abroad on performancemanagement in human resource management.The second part is related to the concept ofperformance management,characteristics and related theories.The third part is theintroduction and current situation of my internship company,combining with the reality tocarry on the transformation and the discovery of the current situation.The fourth part ismainly aimed at the performance management problems in China ping an to put forward someSuggestions and reform plans.The fifth part is mainly about some countermeasures andSuggestions on performance management of the intern company.The sixth part is theconclusion part of this paper,which is a summary.Key words:performance;performance management;employee performance;the performanceimprovement
