原创声明本人牟鑫郑重声明:所呈交的论文“船舶高压电力系统常见中性点接地法的辨析”,是本人在导师徐海东的指导下开展研究工作所取得的成果。除文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外,论文中不包含任何其他个人或集体已经发表或撰写过的研究成果,对本文的研究做出重要贡献的个人和集体均已在文中以明确方式标明,本人完全意识到本声明的法律后果,尊重知识产权,并愿为此承担一切法律责任。论文作者(签名):日期:2018年月日牟鑫:船舶高压电力系统常见中性点接地法的辨析摘要目前船舶电气设备功率的日益增加,系统复杂程度、智能化程度、自动化程度的提高及其科学技术水平得到了空前的发展,低压系统已经不能满足船舶总功率增加的需要,采用高压电力系统对船舶供电已是大型船舶电力系统发展的必然趋势。船舶高压系统提高了船员专业技能水平的标准,船员必须能够在最短的时间内对故障做出迅速反应并且采取最有效的处理措施,才能有效减少各项损失。目前研究船舶高压电力系统中性点接地方式是需要解决的关键技术问题。本文通过分析对比中性点接地方式的原理,得出中性点经电阻接地的系统在投资方面更经济,在供电方面可靠性更高,接触电压小,跨步电压对人员的安全威胁小,维护工作较少,设备绝缘程度高,可以通过阻值调节电弧接地故障过电压数值,对通信线路的干扰弱,系统更稳定,更适合被应用于现代大型船舶电力系统的中性点接地。关键词:船舶高压电力系统,中性点,接地方式II牟鑫:船舶高压电力系统常见中性点接地法的辨析AbstractAt present,the power of the electrical equipment of the ship is increasing,the complexityof the system,the degree of intelligence,the improvement of the degree of automation and thelevel of its science and technology have been developed unprecedentedly.The components ofthe low voltage power station can not meet the need of the increase of the total power of theship,and also improve the standard of the professional skill level of the ship crew.The crewmust be able to respond quickly to failures in the shortest possible time and take the mosteffective measures to effectively reduce the losses.At present,what kind of grounding methodis adopted in the neutral point of China's marine high voltage power system is the keytechnical problem we need to solve.In this paper,the characteristics of different grounding systems are analyzed in detail.Byanalyzing and comparing the principle of neutral grounding,advantages and disadvantages,plus its practical scope.After comparing and analyzing the characteristics and advantages anddisadvantages of different grounding methods,the more effective grounding scheme is furtherexplored.The system of neutral point through resistance grounding is more economical ininvestment,more reliable in power supply,small in contact voltage,small in the threat ofstride voltage to human safety,less in maintenance,and in equipment.The high degree ofedge can regulate the earth fault overvoltage value by resistance,and the interference tocommunication lines is weak,and the system is more stable.But the relay did not movequickly.Due to the application of computer protection,the speed of system protection hasbeen greatly improved.It is of great significance to the selection of neutral grounding mode inthe current transformation of ship power network.Key words:Marine high voltage electrical system,Neutral point,Grounding operation modeIII
