浙江海洋大学毕业论文（设计）文献综述学院：船博与海运学院专业：轮机工程（管理方向)班级：A19轮机1班学号：9190208130学生姓名：钟一迪指导教师：陈妍二O二三年四月基于实验室船舶制冷系统故障与管理对策分析摘要：船舶制冷系统是船舶辅机的重要组成部分。伴随着当代航运业的迅速发展，船舶制冷系统在伙食冷库，空气调节，冷藏运输等方面得到广泛应用。船舶制冷系统一旦发生故障，将直接影响船员的工作效率和冷藏产品的质量。因此，及时对船舶制冷系统进行恰当的维护管理及故障分析，在降低成本和提高冷藏船舶的营运能力方面有着重要的意义。船舶制冷系统是一个由各种设备组成的复杂热力系统，各设备之间密切相关。当其中某一台设备出现故障时，其他装置的运行参数也会随之改变，从而影响整个系统的运行，牵一发而动全身。若船舶制冷系统运转工况出现问题，船舶管理人员应可以根据故障的现象，判断出故障的类型，找出故障的原因，最后迅速地处理掉故障。本文主要对蒸汽压缩式制冷系统进行分析，先介绍船舶制冷系统的基本原理和组成部件，然后主要从对船舶制冷系统的维护管理和常见故障分析两方面进行研究，提出合理的防范措施和处理方法。关键词：制冷系统，维护管理，故障分析，船舶Analysis on fault and management countermeasures ofship refrigeration system based on laboratoryAbstract:Ship refrigeration system is an important part of ship auxiliarymachinery.With the rapid development of contemporary shipping industry,ship refrigeration system has been widely used in food cold storage,airconditioning,refrigeration transportation and other aspects.Once theship refrigeration system fails,it will directly affect the workingefficiency of the crew and the quality of refrigerated products.Therefore,timely and proper maintenance management and fault analysis of shiprefrigeration systems are of great significance in reducing costs andimproving the operation capacity of refrigerated ships.Shiprefrigeration system is a complex thermal system composed of variousequipment,which is closely related to each other.When one of the devicesfails,the operating parameters of the other devices will also change,thus affecting the operation of the whole system and affecting the wholebody.If there is a problem in the operation condition of the shiprefrigeration system,the ship management personnel should be able tojudge the type of the fault according to the phenomenon of the fault,findout the cause of the fault,and finally quickly deal with the fault.This paper mainly analyzes the steam compression refrigeration system,first introduces the basic principles and components of the shiprefrigeration system,and then studies the maintenance and management ofthe ship refrigeration system,and puts forward reasonable preventivemeasures and treatment methods.Key words:refrigeration system,maintenance and management,faultanalysis,ship
