本科生毕业论文题目：护理干涉对新生儿黄疸的影响学生姓名：张阳准考证号：293515200128指导教师：陈玉波2017年5月11日I摘要为了研究对新生儿黄疸做出高效、及时、经济、安全的人为干预措施，降低新生儿患有胆红素脑病黄疸的疾病案例。2017年1月2017年4月，对我院正常满月诞生的120名新生儿进行收集。把新生儿分为干预组与对照组，他们都接受日常的护理，但干预组在新生儿日常护理的前提条件下加入护理的干涉。结果是护理干涉的新生儿在第一次排出粪便的时间和胎便变为黄色的时间均有所改善，七天之内干预组患有黄疸的人数比对照组的人数少。得出结论是，医院的医护行为应该加强规范性，护理人员应该进行法律和服务方面的培训，从未提高其意识，这样才能提高新生儿家属的满意度。关键词：干涉，新生儿黄疸，护理AbstractObjective:In order to study the effective,timely,economic and safe human interventionmeasures for neonatal jaundice,the case of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy caused byjaundice is reduced.In January 2017,in April 2017,120 newborns born in the normal fullmoon of our hospital were collected.The newborns were divided into an intervention groupand a control group.They all received daily care,but the intervention group addedintervention in the preconditions of daily neonatal care.As a result,the time between the firsttime the feces were discharged and the time when the fetus turned yellow was improved.Thenumber of people with jaundice in the intervention group was less than that in the controlgroup within seven days.It is concluded that the hospital's health care behavior should bestrengthened and the nursing staff should be trained in law and services,and their awarenesshas never been raised,so as to improve the satisfaction of the newborn family members.Keywords:intervention,neonataljaundice,nursing目录IIABSTRACT.·引言第1章临床资料.…..........-2-2--2-3-1.4统计学处理..4
