青海大学继续教育学院毕业论文（设计）题目德邦物流企业成本管理存在的问题及对策姓名张丰英班级2016级学号516414262专业会计学层次专升本指导教师俞花二Oー八年一月ニ十日青海大学成人本料毕业（设计）论文：德邦物流企业成本管理存在的问题及对策摘要在当前经济国际化趋势不断加强以及国内经济体制改革的背景下，物流行业发展面临着严峻的外部压力，控制、降低成本是物流行业提供市场占有率的重要途径。同时，在国外大型、成熟物流企业的竞争压力下，国内物流企业如何在市场竞争中突围面临着现实考验。成本管理与控制是企业经营管理的重要内容，通过采取有效措施降低经营服务成本，一方面能够促进整个社会物流成本的降低，另一方面也是物流企业自身良性发展的重要措施。基于此，本文从国内物流企业发展现状出发，在对成本管理与控制内涵进行概述的基础上，明确物流企业成本管理的必要性，并以德邦物流企业为案例对其成本管理与控制中存在的问题进行剖析，进而提出相应建议为该企业成本管理效率的提高提供可借鉴价值。关键词：物流企业：成本管理与控制：问题：对策AbstractUnder the current trend of continuous economic globalization and the reform of the domesticeconomic system,the development of the logistics industry is facing severe extemal pressure.Controllingand reducing costs are important ways for the logistics industry to provide market share.At the same time,under the competitive pressure of foreign large-scale and mature logistics companies,how domesticlogistics companies face the reality test in breaking through the market competition.Cost management andcontrol is an important part of business management.By taking effective measures to reduce businessservice costs,on the one hand,it can promote the reduction of logistics costs in the entire society.On theother hand,it is also an important measure for the healthy development of logistics enterprises.Based onthis,this article starts from the status quo of the development of domestic logistics enterprises,and on thebasis of summarizing the connotation of cost management and control,the necessity of cost management oflogistics companies is clarified,and the existence of Debon logistics companies in their cost managementand control exists.The analysis of the problems,and then put forward corresponding suggestions for thecompany's cost management efficiency to provide reference value.Key words:Logistics company;Cost management and control;Problems;Countermeasures
