摘要摘要社会发展的非均衡化,导致社会财富分配不匀,引发区域间、家庭间的贫富分化。中国高等教育已经完成了由精英教育向大众教育的转变,更多的人获得了高等教育的机会。伴随着受教育人数的上涨,高校贫困生的数量也逐年增加,成了特别关注的群体。如何保证高校贫困生维护自身受教育的权利,又能顺利地完成学业,中国社会完成了由单一减免到多元救助的转变。在多元救助下,政府、学校、企业、社会和个人共同构成了一个协同治理的局面,高校贫困生也实现了由单向性接受救助的客体到共同消除贫困的主体的演变。在全面建设小康社会的背景下,运用协同治理理论探讨高校贫困生教育救助的问题,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以协同治理的理论为研究的切入点,对我国高校贫困生教育救助工作的体系以及现状全面梳理,并以Y高校为例,结合调查分析,总结出大学生对教育教助的普及度、偏好性、需求度以及满意度,并发现和找出我国在教育教育协同治理中存在的问题和原因。最后,此基础上,提出了完善贫困生教育救助协同治理的对策建议。文章共分六个部分:第一部分简要地介绍了文章的选题背景和研究意义以及国内外的研究现状。第二部分简述了相关概念与研究的理论基础。第三部分较为系统地分析了我国高校贫困生教育救助协同治理的现状,实事求是地肯定了教育救助协同治理取得的成绩。第四部分通过调查问卷,以实证的方法对Y高校贫困生教育教助协同治理进行了效果分析。第五部分深度探讨了高校贫困生教育救助协同治理方面存在的问题和原因。第六部分提出了完善高校贫困生教育救助协同治理的建议。关键词:高校贫困生:教育救助:协同治理ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe disequilibrium of social development leads to the uneven distribution of socialwealth,which leads to the polarization of wealth between regions and families.China'shigher education has completed the transformation from elite education to mass education,and more people have opportunities to access to higher education.With the increase of thenumber of educated people,the number of poor students in universities has beenincreasing year by year,which becoming a special concern group.How to ensure poorstudents to maintain their right of education in universities and successfully complete theirstudies,China's relief system has completed the transformation from single relief tomultiple relief.Under multi-aid relief system,the government,schools,enterprises,societyand individuals constitute a collaborative governance situation,and the poor students incolleges and universities also realize the evolution from the object of unilateral aid to thesubject of joint poverty eradication.n the context of building a well-off society in anall-round way,it is of great practical significance to use the theory of collaborativegovernance to discuss the problem of educational assistance for poor college students.Based on the collaborative governance theory as the breakthrough point of theresearch,the system of education aid for poor students in colleges and universities as wellas the status quo of comprehensive combing,and the Y college as an example,combiningwith the investigation and analysis,summed up the college students on the popularity ofeducation assistance and preferences,demand and satisfaction,and found and to find outin the education in our country education in collaborative governance problems andreasons.Finally,on the basis of this,the thesis puts forward some countermeasures andSuggestions to improve the collaborative management of education aid for poor students.The thesis is divided into six parts:the first part briefly introduces the background ofthe topic,the research significance and the research status at home and abroad.Thesecond part briefly introduces the related concepts and the theoretical basis of theresearch.The third part systematically analyzes the status quo of the collaborativemanagement of the education aid for the poor students in colleges and universities inChina,and practically affirs the achievements of the collaborative management of theeducation aid.In the fourth part,through the questionnaire,the author makes an empiricalanalysis of the effect of the collaborative management of educational assistance for thepoor students in Y universities.The fifth part discusses the problems and causes of the
