摘要在知识经济和信息时代,企业之间的竞争归根究底是人才之间的竞争。人才是企业最为宝贵的活资产,也是企业赖以生存和发展的重要资源和有力保障,亦是企业在行业中保持其核心竞争力的源泉之所在。为了获取适宜的人才,企业必须注重人力资源管理工作,包括引才、育才、用才、激才、留才。引才,顾名思义,即是员工招聘,这是获取人才的重要环节。但是由于各种各样的原因,我国大部分企业的员工招聘出现了许多问题。尤其是对于我国的中小企业来说,因为本身的规模小的特征以及各种各样的其他的原因,很难吸引到优秀的人才前来应聘。招聘管理工作可谓是困难重重,企业很难招到适合空缺岗位的人才。因此,制定出一份有效的招聘管理策略,改进招聘管理工作的效率,对于中小企业来讲,具有非常重要的作用和现实意义。论文主要研究的是中小企业在招聘管理过程中存在着哪些问题。以我曾经实习的一家小公司一Z公司为代表,重点探讨一下Z公司的招聘管理工作是怎样实施的,分析它的招聘管理现况,深入剖析Z公司在招聘管理过程中存在着哪些问题,根据Z公司的实际情况并结合自己在课堂上所学的知识技能提出解决问题的建议和对策。案例主要是从招聘管理工作流程的五大环节(招聘工作准备阶段、员工招募阶段、人才选拔和甄选阶段、员工录用阶段、招聘活动评估阶段)来进行分析。关键词:中小企业:员工招聘:招聘流程ABSTRACTIn this knowledge-economy and information oriented era,the keyelement of the competition among the companies is finally attributed tothe competition of talents.Talent is the most valuable living assets ofenterprises,which is not only an important resource and effectivesafeguard for the enterprises to survive and develop in the market,but alsoacts as the source of keeping core competitiveness in the industry.In orderto obtain the appropriate talent,enterprises must pay more attention tohuman resources management in attracting,training,using,encouragingand preserving talents.Attracting talents,as the name suggests,is the staffrecruitment,which is an important link of talent acquisition.However,due to various reasons,there are a lot of problems with the staffrecruitment of most enterprises in our country.Especially for the smalland medium-sized enterprises of our country,because of its small size ofthe feature and a variety of other reasons,it is difficult to attract the besttalents to come to apply for.Recruitment management is beset withdifficulties,and it is difficult for companies to recruit suitable talentsfor the available jobs.Therefore,it isof great importance and practicalsignificance for the small and medium-sized enterprises to formulate aneffective recruitment management strategy and improve the efficiency ofrecruitment management.This paper mainly studies the problems that exist in the process ofrecruitment management in the small and medium-sized enterprises.Withregarding a small company -Z company I used to practice as arepresentative,we will focus the discussion on how to implement itsrecruitment management work,and analyze its recruitment managementpresent situation and deeply dissect Z company,what problems exist in theprocess of recruitment management,even puts forward some suggestionsand countermeasures to solve the problems according to the actual situationof Z company and combining the knowledge and skills I learned in class.The case mainly analyzes the five links of recruitment managementworkflow (Recruitment preparation phase,Personnel recruitment phase,Personnel selection phase,Employee recruitment phase,Recruitmentactivity evaluation phase).Key words:Small and medium-sized enterprises;Staff recruitment;Recruitmentprocess
